Distilled at Amber Lane Distillery on the Central Coast of New South Wales. This is the first bourbon cask release called 'Amberosia'

Aromas of honey crepes, vanilla and citrus drops. To taste - lemon sherbet, apple pie with custard, vanilla nougat, baked cheesecake, barley sugar, toffee, cinnamon and strawberries and cream. A luscious sweet lingering finish.
