Plume editions are bottles identified as the best in Signatory Vintage's warehouse and sold exclusively by La Maison du Whisky in Paris- which is pretty special as Signatory Vintage produce some pretty great bottles already for LMDW such as the Artist series. This is the youngest ever Plume edition which raised eyebrows given the price - so it took a few hours longer to sell out. Peated Caol Ila aged in a first fill sherry butt cask number #9 - One of 450 bottles. Heavily sherried peated Caol Ila can be divisive and this is almost darker than coca cola- people either love it or hate it.
