This is a Speysider matured in a refill Oloroso Sherry cask selected as the first release for 'the Flight Club' a planned Australian Whisky Club that never happened and this whisky sat in a warehouse for over two years.

The rules of Flight Club were possibly based on the movie Fight club "The first rule of Fight Club is: you do not talk about Fight Club. The second rule of Fight Club is: you DO NOT talk about Fight Club! Third rule of Fight Club: if someone yells “stop!”, goes limp, or taps out, the fight is over". If nobody talked about 'Flight Club' it would be tricky to make it a success...
