This expression explores Kanosuke's style of mellowness, while retaining the spicy Japanese \"wa\" nuance from the shochu casks that is a core part of Kanosuke's profile. There is also a touch of new American white oak to add a touch more depth. The whisky offers an aroma of dark cherry and rich flavour reminiscent of fruit pound cake.
