Great taste and smoke is unbelievable
This is not only delicious, the tale of how it was made never ceases to amuse people at parties. So good I should've bought more!
Awesome way to try some very expensive whisky before you pay big money for a whole bottle. Also a good way to tick off some bucket list brands that you just want a small taste to say you have tried it. Lots of fun!
Hazelburn 10y/o (2025) 46%abv 30ml
Normally I don't like wine barrel whisky but the Chichibu Red Wine Cask 2023 is one I grab every chance I can get.
Wonderful
I cannot speak highly enough of the concept, the product and the service from Horny Pony. It was bought as a gift after a recommendation and turned out to be perfect.
This whisky is everything that Black Gate is known for. From the first sip it is an amazing burst of dark fruit and chocolate upfront developing into a peaty smoke and earthiness. The rich oily texture lingers, inviting you to come back again.
Hassle free from start to go.
Communicated the sample pots which were well labelled so we knew exactly what we were buying. Quick delivery too
