78 Degrees Ginger Ale Cask Batch #1 - Adelaide Hills Distillery 44%ABV 30ml

Sacha la Forgia the Head Distiller at Adelaide Hills filled an oak cask with Fever Tree orange ginger ale and let it season before emptying and filling with single malt.

Official Tasting notes “Gingernut biscuits, along with dried orange and chocolate. A faint touch of jaffa, along with the signature biscuit character.  Bright and fresh ginger spice lingering, before giving way to cinnamon and orange”.
