Matured for over five years in an exceptional Australian Apera cask and bottled at a robust 50%, Single Malt Whisky Cask SM1572 offers inviting aromas of freshly baked pretzels with butter and honey and a wonderfully complex palate of chocolate praline, peanut brittle and rosewater. With only 140 bottles available, this whisky is a true collector’s item.

Tasting Notes:

Nose
Dark chocolate with hazelnut praline, fresh mint, freshly ground coffee, sweetened condensed milk, cherry jam and Turkish delight.

Palate
Salted caramel, peanut brittle, pecans, wine gums and maple syrup.

Finish
Rosewater with watermelon sits alongside the satisfyingly astringent espresso-scented fade.
