Ardbeg Smoketrails Napa Valley Edition, the third of the Smoketrails Travel retail series. Each edition in the Ardbeg Smoketrails collection, released in batches every year, is a marriage of Ardbeg matured in American oak casks and Ardbeg matured in secondary casks sourced from around the world.
The third release in the Smoketrails Collection cross the Atlantic for the first time, and lands in the world renowned wine region -Napa Valley. This 3rd edition marries whisky matured in bourbon barrels with whisky matured in Cabernet Sauvignon casks from Napa Valley.

Nose:    Smoke, dark berries, blackberries, black garlic, pine honey, heavy dark red wine.

Taste:    Slightly sweet, smoky, tannins, spices, ash, fruits, smoke, pepper. 

Finish:   Medium, with fruits, ash and pepper.
