Bakery Hill 14y/o A Wisp of Smoke 2 Handfill American ex-Bourbon Cask#232 64.5%ABV 30ml

Distillery exclusive hand-fill for father's day and I got my kids to fill the bottles at the distillery supervised by Andrew Bakers daughter.

The original wisp of smoke just under 10 years old double wood spirit distilled in 2008 and released in 2017, bottled at 51.7% and it tasted lightly peated. This is a sister cask but over 4 years older and a lot more feisty. Bottled at cask strength at 64.5% this is a flavour bomb and the peat is not really a wisp of smoke, it tastes heavily peated.
