Distilled in Glen Iris at Deeds Brewery / Future Proof Distillery. One of the most innovative breweries and distilleries in the World - Deeds is now under administration and fans of great beer are mourning. In terms of their spirits they never really got going as by the time the whisky was ready the business was already about to fold. Hopefully somebody will buy the brand and continue the great work.

This whisky is carefully crafted using saison yeast and matured in a heavily charred oak barrel.

Small batch and only 441 bottles available.

STYLE: Charred barrel finish whisky

NOSE:  Strawberry, raspberry and fresh tobacco

TASTE: Red and black current, toffee apple, berry crumble, 

FINISH: Warm, smooth finish with notes of almond and peppercorn
