Adelphi Tasting Notes:

Matured exclusively in a first-fill PX sherry Butt.

On the nose we discover licorice, cola cubes, Madeira and red wine laces. This opens into over-ripe fruit, sandalwood and cloves.

The palate is brimming with engine oil, Lea and Perrins, mint Matchmakers, chocolate brownies and the slightest hint of rubber.

A fine dram indeed with a lengthy finish.
