A Whisky Club Exclusive - in Ireland collectors rush to get the latest Causeway Collection bottles there is usually about 12 releases a year ranging in size from 350 bottles (eg. 35 year old Port Cask to 6000 bottles (Cognac Cask) in each expression. As the Whisky Club in Australia is now the largest national whisky club in the world, they managed to secure exclusive Causeway Collection releases. These are not rare as there are thousands of more bottles in a Whisky Club Release in Australia than the standard Causeway Collection releases as they try to get enough for every member. However, despite the large number, if you happen to be going to Ireland at Christmas, take a bottle as collectors there will pay big money as they want to complete their collections and its tricky to get a bottle of the Aussie editions there. Within a couple of months hundreds of bottles get repatriated and price goes down.
