Caol Ila 21y/o 1999 'The Seekers' Hidden Spirits 62%ABV 15ml / 30ml

I have been to several hundred whisky tastings and the best tasting I have attended in terms of quality of whisky was a tasting of 'The Seekers' a set of four whiskies by Hidden Spirits - only 60 sets were bottled in 2020 and its such a pretty set that many have never been opened.  Kudos to Whisky and Alement as its the only bar that I have ever seen actually open a set of the Seekers which is a shame as its amazing whisky. Four original art works were commissioned for the bottles and its a beautiful set. This bottle is an unpeated Caol Ila and many people were far more excited about the Ben Nevis and Bowmore in the set, but this blew me away as I wasn't expecting it to be so great.
