This is something I have been looking forward to - a world first and a true blue Aussie Whisky if there ever was such a thing. I love Brookies Mac. Liqueur made from their Macadamia nuts and great poured over vanilla ice cream. Its a bit too sweet for me to drink so its like dessert for me. This limited release of Cape Byron aged in their Mac liqueur cask sounds great as the whisky combined with the nutty sweetness sounds so Aussie and so good.
