Dalrymple 11y/o (Ailsa Bay) Ruby Port Cask Claxton's Exploration Series 50%abv 30ml

A lowland whisky, Dalrymple is very rare - an independently bottled unpeated Ailsa Bay. Most of this goes into Monkey Shoulder and Drambuie, so it is rare to find it as a independently bottled single malt. This one is matured in ruby port casks but there isn't too much influence from the port - quite creamy, honey and sherbet lemon.
