Glendalough 7y/o Mizunara Cask Irish Single Malt Whiskey - 46%ABV - 30ml

This whiskey was initially matured in America Oak Bourbon Casks and finished in Mizunara Oak Casks from the Japanese Island of Hokkaidō.

Nose: An intriguing mix of marmalade, lime chutney, roasted nuts, shiitake mushrooms, almond butter and orange zest.

Palate: Quite unique and complex. Syrupy and silky in texture. Lots of those roasted nuts and mushroom flavours with some toasted oak and exotic spices.

Finish: Spicy, oaky complex and warming.
