As we unveil this third release, the culmination of our three-part series, we celebrate a selection true to the ethos of Barrel & Batch bottlings—abundant in flavour, rich in palette. With deep golden clarity, the aroma dances with oak, smoke, violets, cloves, new leather, and vanilla. Upon tasting, notes of vanilla, smoke, toasted oak, nutmeg, and demerara sugar unfold, leading to a lingering aftertaste of vanilla, smoke, and cloves.
