Highland Park 19y/o 2004 Old Orkney No. 2 The Whisky Sponge 53%ABV 30ml

This is O.O.2, the second bottling in the Whisky Sponge Old Orkney series.  

"For this bottling we selected a 2004 refill hogshead which we’ve bottled at 19 years of age and with several degrees reduction to 53%. We felt this magnified the coastal and classical heather honey notes of this Orkney single malt. This is slightly less peaty than O.O.1, but no less evocative or powerful, and indeed the extra maturity brings a richness and depth to this whisky that is hugely satisfying."
