Nose
Smoked dried apricots, prosciutto and salted chocolate ganache with touches of orange chocolate Jaffa. Fennel seed and cumin earthy spices with flashes of soft mandarin oil with wafting peat smoke throughout.
Palate
Mixed citrus oils infused with heavy smoke and salt. A mid palate of creamy ocean drenched oysters smoked over burning seaweed with medicinal notes making appearances. Long and savoury saltiness finish with crescendos of peat smoke.
