"Dru is matured in Bourbon oak barrels, in a sub-tropical climate. Each cask for Dru has been hand selected by a Master Blender.

There are a lot of bruleed notes evoked here of flamed orange peel, kindling wood, poached pear, and fire-roasted marshmallow. Big and bold on the palate, showing stewed sweet oranges, mulled golden pears, and ginger-spiced molasses, the finish is spice-laden and well-integrated. Limited Edition Release."

Heard for a while how good Littlemill’s can be. This SMWS 30yo certainly did not disappoint, the nose on this dram was amazing.
It was a flavour packed palete, that certainly stood out as such a fine whisky.

Awesome dram with awesome service

An absolutely amazing whisky, this Imperial 24yo was flavour heaven. Could see from the second it was poured into the Glencairn that it was something special.

Also the service provided by Horny Pony was brilliant, well recommended for anyone looking for trying some special whiskies.

If you haven't tried older Laphroaig you need to jump on this

Exceptional - zesty with coastal notes and seaweed. Lovely lemon and a sweet and tangy finish ending a little dry. Beautiful whisky.

Stunning Laphroaig

Just wow. Gets better and better after about an hour, sweet, salty, dry finish and legs that take about a week to run down the glass. Mastery in a glass. Thank you HP for making it possible for me to try this dram.
