Part of Barrel and Batch's Celebration of Australian Whisky Tasting - All six selected whiskies were amazing and showcased the diversity and quality of Australian whisky. This Killara was aged in a 100 litre Shiraz cask - it has a balanced softness and earthiness, doesn't taste like 59.7% - stewed fruit, prunes and raisins.
