TASTING NOTES

Nose: Oily with fleshy stone fruits, citrus and tropical fruits, briny peat smoke, barbecued meats, and a hint of charcoal.

Palate: Salted lemons, roasted pineapples, peat smoke, toasted bread, minerality, seawater, black peppers.

Finish: Vanilla, maltose, fresh oak, white nectarines, ember.
