Distilled at Loch Brewery and Distillery in Gippsland, Victoria. Three different malt mashes (Best Bitter pale malt bill, County Ale malt bill & Dark Ale malt bill) were brewed, fermented & distilled separately. The resulting spirits were then blended together & aged in an ex-Oloroso cask.
