New version of the classic Macallan 12 year old at a much higher abv to give much richer sherry notes. This one is for the US market but is soon going to be released globally after a positive response from whisky fans. Could this be the start of Macallan's return to the glory days.

Peter Bignell is a genius!

This is not only delicious, the tale of how it was made never ceases to amuse people at parties. So good I should've bought more!

Awesome way to try some very expensive whisky before you pay big money for a whole bottle

Awesome way to try some very expensive whisky before you pay big money for a whole bottle. Also a good way to tick off some bucket list brands that you just want a small taste to say you have tried it. Lots of fun!

One of my favourites

Normally I don't like wine barrel whisky but the Chichibu Red Wine Cask 2023 is one I grab every chance I can get.

Spica 40y/o 1980 Blended Whisky North Star 44.8%ABV 30ml

As Bold as Frankie.

This whisky is everything that Black Gate is known for. From the first sip it is an amazing burst of dark fruit and chocolate upfront developing into a peaty smoke and earthiness. The rich oily texture lingers, inviting you to come back again.

Outstanding! Thanks Horny Pony for giving the average whisky enthusiast a chance to taste bottles that we can't get our hands on.
