Mackmyra Kaizen 03 Hojicha Tea Cask Swedish Single Malt Whisky 45.9%ABV 30ml

This is third whisky in a series that seasoned casks with 3 famous Japanese teas. In this edition an Ex-bourbon cask was seasoned with Hojicha tea which is a famous roasted green tea from Kyoto Japan which has a sweet nutty flavour. The whisky tastes like sweet roasted chestnuts and the finish is quite spicy like a virgin oak whisky.
