NED Whisky Wanted Series 'Daring' 43%ABV 30ml

DARING has been blended from four exceptional barrels by NED’s Master and Head Distillers. The barrels, comprising two from NED’s Heritage 200-litre collection and two from a special stash of 500-litre European oak, were matured separately and then expertly blended to deliver a super premium Australian Whisky of strength and complexity.

The judges said, “Complex and well structured palate. Long, spicy finish. Great balance of flavours, and very well put together. Easy drinking.”

TASTING NOTES

Orange, black chocolate and fruit cake.

Powerful oak and caramel followed by hints of orange peel. Taste is intense fruit cake and oak, then dark chocolate with a long complex structure of oak tanin. The finish is long but clean, with dark chocolate and oak finishing the flavour.
