'Our single malt whisky has been maturing in Ice Pressed Chardonnay barrels housed along the seaside coast of Margaret River since 2016. This whisky will entice you with intoxicating earthy aromas of blue peat smoke, a delicious nuttiness of malted barley, vanilla and toasty oak characters. Combined with the fruit and floral characters from the Ice Chardonnay barrels, this is a whisky of uncompromising purity, distilled in the pristine waters of Margaret River.

A hand-crafted whisky that has been matured in Ice Chardonnay French Oak barrels for four years. Only 400 bottles have been produced of this rare and limited release Single Malt Ice Whisky from Margaret River.'
