St Patrick's Peated Irish Single Malt Bourbon Cask / King Lin 45%ABV 30ml

Triple distilled Irish Single Malt Whiskey from an undisclosed distillery independently bottled by St Patrick's Distillery. St Patricks Distillery has been distilling spirits in Cork since 2014 but as of yet has not released their own whiskey, only gin and vodka.

This one is a limited release that got a very high score at various spirits awards including Gold and 98 points at IWSC in London in 2021. So curious to find out if it is good.

Official Tasting Notes - Elegantly smoky on the nose with the idyllic aura of a hay meadow in summer. Tantalizing wild fruits on the palate with skillful layers of smooth honey, peat and aromatic heather. A gorgeous evocative whiskey full of charm and exuberance.
