Starward Co-Ferment Project 2 Shiraz x Malted Barley Australian Spirit 41%ABV 30ml

The second Co-Ferment project release that is fermenting grape juice and malted barley beer to create a distinct new Aussie category. These releases are testing how different grape varieties combine with Malted Barley. The first release was really exciting and tasty bottled at 46% - this new Shiraz bottling is bottled at 41%. If a project is a bit overpowering or has some faults sometimes they dilute the bottling and lower the ABV to make it more palatable or sometimes they dumb down awesome funky releases to make them more commercial for the mainstream. Excited to try this and wonder which grape juice combines the best with malted barley.
