Waterford Heritage: Hunter Irish Single Malt Whiskey 50%abv 30ml

Using Hunter Barley a heritage Irish barley variety. Found in a seed bank this variety was resurrected for the first time in 50 years as this flavoursome barley had been superseded by varieties with higher yields. It took Waterford a few years to get from a few grains to a field of barley.
