A limited release from Australia's distillery of the moment with limited editions selling out almost immediately. This release was matured in Apera casks and finished in French Oak Tokay cask.

Tasting Notes from the Distillery

Nose

Light pear, malt and oak. Pear is poached, malt is shortcrust pastry, oak is spices like cinnamon, anise, raisin or sultana spiced syrup.

Palate

Poached pear syrup, juicy sultana and spice mix of cinnamon, almond, nuttiness, baked walnuts, caramelised fig and salted caramel.

Finish

Deliciously buttery, pear syrup and wood oak spice profile. Long and delicious finish.
