Deanston 2007 13y/o Cask#900141 Signatory Vintage - 63.9%ABV - 30ml

1st fill sherry cask. Interesting dram lots of sherry influence but it isn't your usual sherry. Popcorn, maple syrup, cinnamon, raspberry, orange, chilli, ginger and chocolate. Pretty hot. This one needs a drop of water and 5 minutes in the glass and then it is great - straight out of the bottle its a little aggressive, spicy and overpowering.
