Between 2010 and 2016 Glendronach released a range of cask finish whiskies - Madeira, Marsala, Moscatel, Sauternes and Virgin Oak. These are now highly collectable and rarely get opened. These bottles are probably not worth the sky high price they now go for at auctions but they are interesting discontinued bottles and must-try samples if you are a Glendronach fan.

If you were on the fence it’s worth it

Reasonably high peat and smoke & finishes quite nicely. Pair with blue cheese & dried apricots & BBQ

If you get the chance, get a sample.

Heard for a while how good Littlemill’s can be. This SMWS 30yo certainly did not disappoint, the nose on this dram was amazing.
It was a flavour packed palete, that certainly stood out as such a fine whisky.

Awesome dram with awesome service

An absolutely amazing whisky, this Imperial 24yo was flavour heaven. Could see from the second it was poured into the Glencairn that it was something special.

Also the service provided by Horny Pony was brilliant, well recommended for anyone looking for trying some special whiskies.
