Glendronach 21y/o 'the Parliament' (2023) 48%abv 30ml

Matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for a minimum of 21 years. This is a heavy sherry whisky from 'sherryhead' favourite Glendronach. The 'Parliament' is the word for a flock of rooks and rooks are social nesters with large numbers nesting together in colonies, there have been rooks nesting at the distillery since it was opened in 1826.
