American Oak matured then finished in French Oak 2020 vintage Pinot Noir casks from the Coal River Valley, Tasmania

Aged in 200L American Oak ex-Bourbon casks for a minimum of five years, the whisky then sees secondary maturation in French Oak barriques that had Tasmanian Pinot Noir aged in them. This secondary maturation adds beautiful red berry notes and a unique Tasmanian influence to this small batch single malt.
