Official Tasting Notes

Made from 100% New Zealand grown malted barley, smoked using Manuka wood, and distilled through a hand beaten copper pot still, this is an update from the barrels slowly maturing in the warehouses. This ‘work in progress’ bottling offers natural smoke, cinnamon, clove, and Manuka oils.

Nose: Oily with natural smoke, spice and some underlying fruit.

Palate: Fruity with smoke, cinnamon and clove spices.

Finish: Manuka smoke, spice and toasted oak.
