Tasting Notes:

Nose: The scent of freshly cut grass fills the air and combines with the green fragrances of just pruned bushes. We sit admiring the completed work, while sipping fresh peach bellinis, spritzed with lemon zest.

Palate: Sweet, soft peach is drizzled with a sharp lemon syrup and used to top a buttercream-filled golden sponge cake.

Finish: The sweet, fruity flavours tail off to a green herbaceous note at the finish.
