Starward Coferment Grape x Malt Australian Spirit 46%ABV 30ml

A tasty drop of innovation from Starward. Purists will grumble but it tastes great so I'm a convert despite being a massive single malt snob. Often when I mix alcohols types I suffer the next day but I felt pretty great on Sunday after several Whisky Day Events including one at Starward Distillery. I believe this may be the first in a series cofermenting different grape varieties and malt. This one is Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and the balckberry jammy notes that brings works well with the malt, spice and vanilla of the whisky. This is much better than I expected and I'm curious if this will work as well with other grape varieties.
