Distilled at Wild River Distillery at 2850ft above sea level in the Atherton Tablelands of far north Queensland. With some of the largest recorded temperature variations with icy nights and hot days this location provides an interesting micro climate for whisky maturation.

Batch 4 of Elevation Single Malt was aged exclusively in ex re-coopered Shiraz cask. This is a big, bold Wild River Style Aussie whisky.

 It all starts with underground spring water combined with Australian malted barley lightly smoked with Australian native timber creating a big, bold Wild River Style Aussie whisky

Subtle Smoke, Spice, Dried Apricots & Sarsaparilla

Palate-

Sweet orange, spicy fruit mince pies with lingering finish of smoke, port wine and spicy oak
