Official Tasting  Notes:-

Nose
Salted Prunes with dried seaweed and tamarind drenched in sweet vanilla syrup. Pine Forrest’s and fresh cut cedar. Candied orange peels resting on honey glazed smoked ham.

Palate
Wet Tobacco leaf and thick smoke driven fleshy over ripe mulberries. Burnt golden syrup pushing a savory umami sweetness with a sea swept saltiness towards the end. Very long and giving finish with strong sea salt re-emerging.
