TASTING NOTES

Color: Winter Sun
Nose: Opens with caramel and vibrant citrus notes, enveloped by Octomore’s signature earthy peat smoke. A bouquet of aniseed, vanilla, and custard blends with tropical fruit, geranium, and hints of ginger.
Palate: Bold and warm with sweet, dry malt and earthy smoke. Layers of mango, banana, and apricot jam add brightness, rounded by vanilla custard and toffee. A dash of water reveals marine notes and a sandy warmth.
Finish: Smoky with notes of vanilla and sweet charred oak, ending on a fresh marine crispness.
