A Whisky Club exclusive release from Tamdhu. Tamdhu has consistently focused on traditional sherry cask maturation. In the 1970's and 1980's Tamdhu was dubbed 'poor mans Macallan'. Now Tamdhu can market itself as 'The Sherry King' and not be ridiculed. While Macallan focused on marketing, Lalique decanters and gimmicks Tamdhu was focused solely on sherry cask matured whisky and winning the hearts of whisky fans with great big affordable Sherry Bombs.

Nose

Apricot pastries, all spice and nutmeg, fig jam with hazelnuts.

Palate

Bright berries and milk chocolate build into a long finish of gingerbread, dried fruit and more waves of chocolate.
